Hi, I’m Be’eri Gurtler Har-tuv.
after helping dozens of American families buy their dream home in Israel, from planning a budget to the final stage of closing. I’ve learned that this process can be a bit complex.
There are many differences between the Israeli and American real estate markets, which sometimes cause a lot of foreign buyers to miss out on great opportunities or make costly mistakes.
